From Boston * From the West * From the East
- Take the Southeast Expressway to Braintree and turn rightonto Route 128 North.
- After 3 or 4 miles, exit left onto Route 24 South
- Follow Route 24 South to Taunton Area and exit onto Route140 South in the direction of New Bedford
- Follow Route 140 to the intersection of Route 195. Take the second exit to follow Route 195 in the direction of Fairhaven and Cape Cod
- Once you are on Route 195 East, continue and take Exit #16(Washburn Street)
- Follow exit ramp 180 degrees to your right onto a local street.At the stop sign turn right onto and proceed to the traffic lights
- Turn right onto Coggeshall Street and follow it across the bridge and up the hill to the traffic lights
- Turn right onto Main Street and follow it to Route 6
- At the traffic lights go straight for 4 blocks and turn left onto Center Street
- The Millicent Library is a pinkish Italian Renaissance style building one block up on the right

- Get on Route 195 East which comes out of Providence
- Once you are on Route 195 East, continue and take Exit #16(Washburn Street)

- Take the Fairhaven exit and proceed on Route 240. Bear right at the first traffic light
- At the next light, take a left onto Alden Road
- Follow Alden Road until you come to the light at Route 6 and take a right onto Route 6
- Get into the left lane and take the first left--between the Cleaners and the Citizens Bank
- Proceed on Washington Street about a mile and take a left onto Walnut Street
- The Millicent Library is a pinkish Italian Renaissance style building one block up on the right
